You’re free to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the schedule
You would have the possibility to select another date.
Refund in that case are not accepted.
If the weather is really bad, you’re to cancel (get a refund) or select another date onto the customer panel. Usually we let you know if the tour is maintained or not.
The tour suits almost anybody. We use a totally flat itinerary and cycle on bike lanes most of the times. We bike 20km during 3h30 so you can tell the pace is pretty soft.
Always take with you a bottle of water, your sunscreen if it sunny (we get tanned very often during the tour btw) and some comfortable clothes. You don’t to come with a traksuit or what neither 🙂
We try to keep the groups small enough to be more enjoyable for you and for us too. We usually take between 6 and 10 people per sessions.Â
